Volunteer Opportunities

The Helen Hayes Hospital Volunteer Corps provides an array of services which benefit both patients and staff.
Volunteers serve in a variety of capacities, including:

• Clerical functions in departments throughout the facility
• Gift Shop
• Patient transportation
• Patient recreational programs
• Pet therapy
• Patient Library
• Religious services

Volunteers operate the hospital Gift Shop, which raises funds that go to support valuable patient programs and services.
