The Helen Hayes
Hospital Volunteer Corps provides an array of services which
benefit both patients and staff.
Volunteers serve in a variety of capacities, including:
- Clerical functions in departments throughout
the facility
- Gift Shop
- Patient transportation
- Patient recreational programs
- Pet therapy
- Patient Library
- Religious services
Volunteers operate the hospital Gift Shop,
which raises funds that go to support valuable patient programs
and services.
